How can you tell if your dog/puppy has skin cancer?

My 1yr old Chiuaua has spots on her belly that werent there b4. My dad doesnt want her in the house so we keep her outside 
could it be a sign of skin cancer because shes all ways in the sun, or could it be something else. Please im getting worried
If they are circular it could be ringworm or roundworm. Also they can have skin issues caused by food allergies or just skin allergies. I would take her to the vet ASAP and BRING HER INSIDE it could get worse outside.

it could just be developing and changing, it might be something more serious. take it to the vet to be sure

A Chihuahua is a companion dog so what the heck is it doing all day outside on its own anyway? Does it have shelter i.e. a warm, dry place to sleep out of the sun and rain?
If you cannot look after this dog properly AND YOU CAN TELL THIS TO YOUR LOUSY DAD you best rehome her. She should be with people that really care for her.

No mine didn’t have spots on it’s belly for a long time. Now it has a bunch. But I think your dad should be sleeping outside and we could see how he likes it.
The dog is fine, just ask the Vet next time you are there.
