do i need to wear sun protection if my foundation already has SPF 15?

You would only need to use sunscreen with that foundation if you were going to be out in the sun all day like at a lake or the beach, etc. For everyday use, no you don’t need extra sunscreen.

Oh for sure. Its not designed to actually protect you from all the harmful UV. Always use sunscreen its the secret to looking your best for years to come. Basically the fountain of youth.

Watch out for so called "sun protection." I say this because it is laden with carcinogens. If you live in the tropics, the sun is very harsh. If you live in the north, don't wear the crap. You could be setting yourself up for osteoporosis at an early age if you do not allow your skin to see and feel the suns rays. The sun is a healer especially in the northern hemispheres. I am not saying bake yourself to a crisp but allow your skin to be kissed by the sun on a regular basis without sun screen. Also, don't wear makeup, it ages your skin more than anything else.

Yes! I can't stress it enough. Apply your sunblock to clean face then wait a few minutes for it to sink into your skin before applying make up.
