What is better sun protection?

Posted by admin

Rubbing the sunscreen into your skin?
or
Putting it on your skin but not rubbing it in?

Hi, Im an esthetician(Licensed Skincare therapist). Good for you for choosing to safeguard yourself against one of the biggest skin wrinklers of all time. The sun. The fact that you're using sunscreen at all is awesome! So many people are still out there getting burned to a crisp and getting cancer. In my professional opinion, you can do both. Rubbing it in, you may want to use a little more to ensure even application. But if you want to leave it on, all white and creamy, a thin layer will do just fine. Just make sure to re-apply every 2-4 hours. Everyday.
