Do not believe them. The sun is necessary for health. If you want healthy children with strong bones and bodies, let them play in the sun without sunscreen. Also the sun is good for eye health. Sunglasses prevent the sun from reaching the eyes.

It is important to be carefull not to totally block yourself off from the sun since your body uses sunlight to make several vitamins your body needs.
