is it okay to have a total of 30 mins sun exposure daily?? with taking 20mg roacctutane(isotretinoin)?

hey all, i am taking 20mg dose of roaccutane for my mild acne, and i want to know if it is okay to have a TOTAL of 30 mins sun exposure daily, i wear protective clothing (hat), i dont want to use sunscreen because it makes my face white, so does that amount of sun exposure considered harmless ?? or will it cause scarring of acne ?? thnxx

Even 30 minutes of sun exposure could do damage. Wear sunscreen!

    No, no, and no. You must limit your sun exposure when n Accutane. You have to understand that you skin is very fragile while on this drug. Plus you don't want to eff up your skin. Suck it up and slather up on the sunscreen. Or get another brand. Go to skinstore.com and they have tinted sunscreen. I believe the brand is atabella or abella. Good luck.

    No it is dangerous to spend this much time in the sun no matter what you take.Use a good sunscreen no matter how ling your in the sun.
