   I’ve been reading the same thing about Vitamin D and the misconception of skin cancer from sun exposure. It’s amazing how we we’re all doing the wrong thing by slathering on a sun block for the last 20 years and not getting the Vitamin D we so desperately need. Unfortantely if your life circumstance doesn’t permit you to live where you can absorb those rays, then I guess the next best thing is to take cod liver oil with a minimum amount of Vit.D & A since it is stored over the winter months.

    This is so true! Sunblocks are toxic. Sun is GOOD for you! My father had to spend five years at Mayo Clinic suffering with a serioius skin disorder until a very brave physician going against his collegues took Daddy aside and told him to dump all of the ointments and creams and to sunbathe naked without sunblock. In weeks he was cured.
