If law was passed for mandatory use of skin protection?

What would you do if the government passed a law requiring for all individuals under the age of 18 to use sun protection? What would be your reaction?
All individuals have to wear head gear and clothing to cover 90% of their skin to protect from UV rays.
What do you think would be the good thing about this law?
What would be the cons?
OK, I’m not saying it’s coming true. I’m not asking if it’s impossible, possible. I’m saying, WHAT IF a law was passed like this. Just explain how it would benefit/not benefit our society.

Oh please. How would they enforce that? It could never be passed for that reason. They might do something like add sunscreen in more face products, makeup, that people already use.

Yes! That’s exactly what we need: The government having more control over our lives! And why stop there. They should also tell me what I should have for dinner tonight, what time I should go to bed, what TV shows I should watch, and so on, and so on.
Do you see where such a law can go? The government is already too much involved in my day-to-day life, and they keep trying to get more involved.
