Is it possible to have a skin cancer on the head that goes away. I have a small spot on my scalp that hurts to the touch, but there is nothing visible. I am balding and I occasionally I will get pimple like things on my head from sweating, etc. I don’t remember if I had a pimple in this exact location, but it is possible.
Any other symptoms? This could be one small sign of a food allergy.
