i’m doing a health campaign and part of it is a presentation to a class of 12 year olds, my campaign is based on safety abroad – i’m covering sun safety, food safety and stranger danger.
i need some activities to get the kids involved, i’ve got a wordsearch and a game where they sort out sun protective clothing and non-protective clothing into groups, but does anyone else have any ideas?

washing fruit, what about other foods? refrigerate? how long out of the fridge ? dried? street trader ? insects ? dangerous insects? reptiles ? food health standards generally, suggestions, verbal quiz, what have they noticed on hols or seen on tv progs ?
A stranger approaches what do they say, do? is it ok to talk? and to who? If feeling unsafe what to do?
I really just wanna go tanning once for an upcoming event. Is there a risk that I could get skin cancer from this one time? I think I’m only going to go in for 10 minutes also.
Tanning one time would put you at no higher risk then anyone else.Thats like smoking 1 pack of ciggs and thinking you are going to get lung cancer.
You should be aware though, that even people who dont tan can still get skin cancer.

Hi everyone 
Today’s video is about my new sunscreen from Vichy! I changed my sunscreen almost three weeks ago. It gives matte finish on the skin but also brightens up the skin tone as if I used a base primer product. I love how it is not oily as some other sunscreens but due to matte finish, I get sort of dry feelings some days. But it is not that bad since I apply enough serum and moisturizer to keep my skin hydrated all day long! Enjoy everyone
